Grape (Vine) Fertilization Program
Annual foliar nutrition program for grape (vine) (Updated 2022).
Annual foliar nutrition program for grape (vine) (Updated 2022).

Purpose of the Program
This program is a combined foliar nutrition program prepared without basing it on soil and/or leaf analysis, composed of the macro and micro plant nutrients that the plant will optimally need throughout the season. All products recommended within the program are mixable and should be mixed in the given order. A jar test is recommended before application. The programs are advisory in nature and may be modified according to soil or leaf analyses. Any liabilities arising from applications belong to the user. The insecticides, acaricides and fungicides to be used during applications must be licensed products recommended by the Ministry. Liability for products used other than those produced by Agrotroia belongs to the user.
Warnings
- The products specified in the program must be mixed with water in the given order (1-2-3-4, etc.).
- It is recommended to carry out the application in the evening hours or on mornings without dew.
- There should be no rainfall for an average of 4 hours after the application is made.

Stage-Specific Application Program
Step-by-step, balanced nutrition applications according to the plant's growth stage.
1st Application Period
Immediately After Pruning
- 100 L water / 1000 cc Copperas (5% Copper Sulfate + organic acid + L-amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Liquid S-80 (Liquid sulfur (in S form) soil reclamation)
Purpose of the Application: To disinfect the wounds formed after pruning.
2nd Application Period
When the Buds Wake
- 100 L water / 500 cc Copperas (5% Copper Sulfate + organic acid + L-amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Phosforico (0-9-11 phosphite-based)
- 100 L water / 250 cc B-Zinc (Boron 11% + Zinc 8% + Manganese 2%)
Purpose of the Application: To provide immunity within the plant with Copperas during the awakening period, to feed the fruit buds with Phosforico, and to prevent possible deficiencies with Bzinc.
Note: Detection of the vine weevil, control if necessary.
3rd Application Period
When the Shoots Are 10-15 cm
- 100 L water / 500 cc Copperas (5% Copper Sulfate + organic acid + L-amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Florista (5-20-0 + Zinc + Manganese)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Combi (Chelated combined micronutrient (B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn))
- 100 L water / 250 cc Liquid S-80 (Liquid sulfur (in S form) soil reclamation)
Purpose of the Application: With the pre-flowering applications, while gaining immunity against seasonal fungal infections with Copperas and Liquid, phosphorus and trace elements are provided to the plant before flowering with Florista and Combi; this is an important pre-fruit-set application.
Note: Powdery Mildew Control.
4th Application Period
When the Shoots Are 20-25 cm
- 100 L water / 500 cc Copperas (5% Copper Sulfate + organic acid + L-amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Liquid S-80 (Liquid sulfur (in S form) soil reclamation)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Oceano Mix (Fortified liquid seaweed + 17 amino acids)
Purpose of the Application: With the pre-flowering applications, while gaining immunity against seasonal fungal infections with Copperas and Liquid, the content of Oceano will support the plant's seasonal stress and fruit set.
Note: Downy Mildew / Powdery Mildew Control.
5th Application Period
After Flowering (Berries at Pellet Size)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Activo (Organic + inorganic acid complex pH reducer)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Calcio (Calcium (CaO) with uptake facilitated by propionate)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Oceano Mix (Fortified liquid seaweed + 17 amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Combi (Chelated combined micronutrient (B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn))
Purpose of the Application: Calcio is important for obtaining healthy fruit after fruit set and for providing stalk thickness. With Combi, plant nutrient deficiencies that may occur after fruit set are prevented.
Note: Downy Mildew / Powdery Mildew / Grape Berry Moth Detection, Control.
6th Application Period
When the Berries Reach Chickpea Size
- 100 L water / 350 cc Copperas (5% Copper Sulfate + organic acid + L-amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Vital (5-11-11 + Micro Element + Amino Acid)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Calcio (Calcium (CaO) with uptake facilitated by propionate)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Aminado (8 types of free amino acids + organic matter)
Purpose of the Application: While the nutrient elements the plant needs are provided with Vital, both stalk thickness and fruit quality are directly affected with Calcio.
Note: Downy Mildew / Powdery Mildew / Grape Berry Moth Detection and Control.
7th Application Period
Veraison (Color Change) Period
- 100 L water / 250 cc Activo (Organic + inorganic acid complex pH reducer)
- 100 L water / 400 cc Phosforico (0-9-11 phosphite-based)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Vital (5-11-11 + Micro Element + Amino Acid)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Aminado (8 types of free amino acids + organic matter)
Note: Downy Mildew / Powdery Mildew / Grape Berry Moth / Gray Mold Detection and Control.
8th Application Period
Ripening Period (2-3 Applications at 1-Week Intervals)
- 100 L water / 350 cc Copperas (5% Copper Sulfate + organic acid + L-amino acids)
- 100 L water / 250 cc Vital (5-11-11 + Micro Element + Amino Acid)
- 100 L water / 250 cc SuperDrop 20-0-28 (20-0-28 + 2% MgO)
- 100 L water / 250 gr Combi (Chelated combined micronutrient (B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn))
Note: Downy Mildew / Powdery Mildew / Grape Berry Moth / Gray Mold Detection and Control.
