Copperas (Efecto series) is a copper (Cu) based, foliar-applied liquid plant nutrition product. Thanks to its content of water-soluble copper sulfate together with organic acid and L-amino acids, it is used to help meet the plant's copper requirement and to support the overall nutritional balance.

Nutrient function: Copper (Cu) is an essential micronutrient that is part of the structure of many enzymes in the plant. It plays a role in photosynthesis and respiration processes, in chlorophyll formation, and in carbohydrate-protein metabolism. It also contributes to supporting the plant's natural structural resilience and shoot development. Adequate uptake of copper supports the plant's healthy vegetative and generative development.

Area of use: It is used particularly in crops such as Olive, Hard-Shelled Fruits (Walnut, Almond, Chestnut, Pistachio, Hazelnut), Stone Fruits (Cherry, Plum, Apricot, Peach, Sour Cherry), Pome Fruits (Apple, Pear, Quince), Citrus, Vegetables (Open Field, Greenhouse Covered), Avocado, Vineyard (Grapevine) and Industrial Crops (Maize, Cotton, Rice, Wheat, Soybean, etc.). Applications are recommended during the critical periods when the plant's copper requirement increases, such as bud break, after leaf fall (autumn), pre-flowering, fruit set and the fruit development period.

In case of copper deficiency, plants may generally show symptoms such as stunted growth in young leaves and shoot tips, weakening of shoots, and pale-light discoloration of leaves.

Method of Use: Applied foliarly; for the recommended dose and periods, refer to the "Usage and Dosage Table" on the product page. A bucket (compatibility) test is recommended before application.
