About the Product

Product Description

B-Zinc is a powder-form micronutrient fertilizer that is 100% water-soluble and contains boron (B), zinc (Zn) and manganese (Mn). It has been developed for foliar or soil application to meet plants' needs for these micronutrients.

The boron (B) it contains contributes to the healthy progress of flowering, fertilization and pollination processes in the plant and to the transport of sugars. Zinc (Zn) is an element that is part of the structure of numerous enzymes and takes part in the formation of growth-regulating substances; it supports shoot development and leaf formation. Manganese (Mn), in turn, plays a role in photosynthesis and in the functioning of enzyme systems and supports the overall development of the plant.

It is used in particular on crops such as Greenhouse/Open-Field Vegetables (Tomato, Pepper, Cucumber, Eggplant, Beans, Strawberry), Leafy Winter Vegetables (Curly lettuce, Lettuce, Cabbage, Spinach, etc.), Tuber Plants (Potato, Melon, Watermelon, Squash, Onion, etc.), Nuts (Walnut, Chestnut, Pistachio, Almond, Hazelnut), Avocado, All Fruit Trees (Peach, Apricot, Cherry, Plum, Apple, Pear, Quince, Citrus, Olive, Grapevine, etc.), Industrial Crops (Cotton, Sunflower, etc.), All Legumes (Chickpea, Beans, Lentil, Soybean, etc.) and Cereals (Maize, Wheat, Barley, Rice, etc.). Applications generally cover the periods carried out at the start of growth, the 3-6 leaf stage, after flowering and after the first fruits at intervals of 15-20 days.

In the case of zinc deficiency, general symptoms such as the formation of small leaves in plants and the shortening of internodes may be observed; in boron deficiency, regression at growth points and in flowering; and in manganese deficiency, the lightening of the areas between veins in young leaves.

Method of Use: Applied foliarly or to the soil; for the recommended dose and periods, refer to the "Usage and Dosage Table" on the product page; a jar (compatibility) test is recommended before application.
